Good Day.
Based on comments on the minutes, I have revised and attached the latest version.  We will review them 
at our April meeting.

Some business has arisen since our January meeting:
Forest Practices Board RESULTS report – Andrew has contacted the FPB and we will have a speaker at our 
April meeting to discuss the November 2011 FPB Report: Compliance with Section 86 of the Forest Planning 
and Practices Regulation, SIR/33

Communication – Andrew asked me to remind everyone that, as their company’s representative on the 
FMLT, they are responsible for distributing the minutes to folks within their organization, as appropriate.  
In order to maintain the productive atmosphere of our meetings and ensuring representation of all 
licensees in our operating areas, we’ll try to keep membership to that written into our Terms of 
Reference.  Of course our membership will be revised as staff changes and operations shift within the 
district.  Case in point, we officially welcome Kai Sonnenberg (Interfor) and Randy Husband (WFP) to the 
group.  We will re-draft the membership list at our next meeting.

That’s all for now.  I’ll be in touch in March with some tentative dates for our April meeting and field trip.  
It looks like that may be a two day event.
